Meet Natalie
I’m Natalie, an experienced HR leader from the UK and I moved to the UAE with my family in August 2023.
I have over 15 years experience in the HR profession working across various industries and sectors gaining knowledge of various projects, challenges and successes. My last role involved significant transformational change across HR, Wellbeing and digital spaces leading a team of over 200 HR professionals.
When I’m not working I like to spend my time with my family, reading books, baking, walking the dogs or painting. I like to be creative where I can let my mind wander.
What I have delivered
What makes me different to other coaches is that I have experienced what you have, led HR teams and have delivered transformational change. The projects below that I have led and delivered were in some very challenging times often simultaneously. Think of being two months away from launching a new HR service, in the process of recruiting and restructuring when Covid hits and lockdown. I was working for an emergency service at the time and found myself in the position of inducting new hires into a brand new Business Partnering model in a crisis situation that lasted months.

HR Shared Services & People Partnering
Reduced transactional HR administration through the introduction of digital workflow and customer interface.

This transformation reduced the cost of the service by 66% with significant increase in service quality and delivery as well as cost reduction in ER associated budget of £4m.
People Service
Took the lead post organisational HR service change for People & OD department.
Post covid and change fatigue issues plagued the teams with complaints of a lack of communication and clarity of vision.
Within 4 months, took action to introduce strategies, team building, set vision and improved communication to provide confidence to the HR team in the service and direction of travel.
Successfully managed external audit that provided outstanding / good rating across service specialisms during a period of change.
HR, Finance & Operational Deployment
Designed use case and implemented HRIS systems for both individual business and group structure.
Improved interface with payroll, finance and HR to ensure better data analytics and reduced manual workflow.
